  16. This patch fixes a problem where a one line command from Quick Basic 4.5 or
  17. MS PDS 7.1 would fail on Lantastic 4.0 under DR DOS because the double
  18. slash which proceeded the Server name was not processed correctly.

  42. Description:   This patch fixes a problem where a one line command from
  43. Quick Basic 4.5 or MS PDS 7.1 would fail under Lantastic 4.0 because the
  44. double slash which preceded the server name was not processed correctly.

  49. 1.  The file IBMDOS.304 is in the root directory of your C:\ drive.
  50. 2.  TaskMAX is not loaded.

  53. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
  54.  
  55. 1.  Remove the attributes from the current working copy of IBMDOS.COM
  56.  
  57.         From the C prompt:
  58.              Type: ATTRIB -RSH IBMDOS.COM
  59.              Press <ENTER>
  60.  
  61. 2.  Make a backup copy of IBMDOS.COM
  62.  
  63.              Type: COPY IBMDOS.COM C:\DRDOS\IBMDOS.OLD
  64.              Press <ENTER>
  65.  
  66. 3.  Replace the original IBMDOS.COM with the patched IBMDOS.304

  69.              Type: COPY IBMDOS.304 IBMDOS.COM
  70.              Press <ENTER>

  72. 4.  Verify the copied file is the correct size, date and checksum

  74.              Type: CD \
  75.         From the C prompt:
  76.              Type: XDIR IBMDOS.COM /C
  77.              Press <ENTER>
